1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

94-Bit Electronics aims to provide reliable delivery across South Africa.

Delivery Areas: We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Estimates: Main Centers (e.g., Pretoria, Johannesburg): 2–4 business days.
Regional/Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, your satisfaction is our priority.

7-Day “Cool-off” Period: Under the ECTA, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging.
Defective Products: If a product is defective within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on items that have been physically damaged by the user or software that has been unsealed/activated.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact info@94BitElectronics.co.za. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund.
After Dispatch: If the order has already left our facility, it will be treated as a return under our 7-day cool-off policy. Shipping fees in this instance are non-refundable.
